Our Senior Choir recently performed in Opera Otago’s Potluck – An Operatic Feast — a production full of colour, character, and plenty of movement! 🎭💃🕺
The singers embraced acting, dancing, staging, and character work, collaborating with some of Dunedin’s leading opera performers and experiencing what it’s like to be part of a full theatrical production. They brought great energy to every performance and showed real commitment throughout the process.
The production received wonderful feedback in the ODT review, which described our choir as delivering “a flavoursome Just Desserts… showing choral purity and acting ability, especially in the combined finale Food Glorious Food.” 🌟
A big thank-you to Esther Smith for her clear, supportive direction, and to Cameron Monteith for his steady musical leadership.
